Continuous loop

By covering and rubbing his iPhone’s camera with his finger in different scenes, the artist simulated a seeing with closed eyes, which stems from a personal habit he grew up with. All the video clips are shuffled in a continuous loop, those invisible spaces and times are strung together in flowing or flickering red. Other than these color changes that are now visible, the rest are in the invisible imagination.

9-channel video (color, silent)
Continuous loop

The 9-channel video is a multi-channel mock-up of the single-channel HD video regarding the fact that today’s world is surrounded and shattered by screens. All the video clips are randomly distributed across each screen, and the difference in color and rhythm of the clips creates a fragmented landscape. The artist has set black and white to be played simultaneously to control the overall rhythm of the work.
